Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of https://ddnextgen.web.app and to the services provided by DDNextGen, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By using this website or our services, you agree to them. If your signed proposal, quotation or agreement says something different, that document applies to your project.
1. Using this website
- The information on this website is general and may change without notice. Service details are confirmed in your quotation.
- Do not misuse the website: no hacking, spam, automated scraping, false enquiries or unlawful use.
- The website's text, design, graphics and logo belong to DDNextGen. Please do not copy them without our written permission.
2. Quotes and scope
We do not list prices on this website. Every project is quoted in writing after a consultation, based on the agreed scope of work. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
3. Payments
- A 60% advance payment is required before the project starts.
- The remaining 40% is due before final deployment. Until then, you review and approve the project on our own demo (staging) link. Your website or app goes live only after full payment.
- Final pricing may vary based on specific feature requirements, project complexity or additional functionality requested.
- Monthly services, such as hosting, digital marketing packages and annual maintenance (AMC), are billed in advance for each period.
- Applicable taxes are charged extra.
- We may pause work or services if a payment is overdue.
4. Additional work and payments
- Any new features or change requests made during development are treated as additional work and invoiced separately.
- Additional charges are communicated to you and billed within 14 days of your confirmation.
- Third-party API integrations, if required, have additional costs based on the nature and scope of the API.
5. Timelines and your responsibilities
- Timelines start when we receive the advance payment and the content we need from you (text, images, logins and approvals). Delays in content, feedback or payment extend the timeline.
- You confirm that any content you give us (text, images, logos, data) belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your website and for following the laws that apply to your business.
6. Revisions
Your quote or package states how many revision rounds are included (for example, our social media packages include up to 2 revision rounds). Extra revisions, or changes after you have approved a design, may be charged.
7. Third-party costs and services
Unless your quote includes them, these are paid by you: domain name registration and renewal, paid themes or plugins, app store developer accounts, payment gateway fees, WhatsApp Business API message charges, SMS or email services, stock images, and advertising spend on Google, Meta or other platforms. These services follow their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their outages or policy decisions.
8. Hosting and domain
- Your website or web application is hosted on our secure, managed servers. Hosting is billed separately, monthly or yearly, as stated in your quote.
- Our hosting includes HTTPS (SSL), security updates and regular backups, so you do not need to manage a server yourself.
- Your domain name is registered in your name and belongs to you. We only manage its settings (DNS) to connect it to our hosting.
- If hosting fees remain unpaid 15 days after a reminder, we may suspend the website or app until payment is received.
- If you move to another provider, we will export your content and data for you. Transfer of the source code is available for a one-time code transfer fee, as stated in your quote.
9. Ownership
- You own your domain name, your brand (business name and logo) and your content and data, such as text, images, products and customer records.
- Custom graphics we design specially for you, such as a logo, belong to you after full payment.
- The source code, technical setup and reusable components of your project remain the property of DDNextGen. After full payment, you have the right to use your website or app for your business for as long as it is hosted with us and fees are paid, or permanently after a code transfer.
- Third-party software, themes and plugins stay under their own licences.
- We may show your project in our portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us in writing not to. We publish client reviews only with the client's permission.
10. Digital marketing, SEO and ads
- We follow the policies of Google, Meta and other platforms, and use only ethical ("white-hat") SEO methods.
- Results depend on many things outside our control, such as search engine algorithms, competition, your budget and your market. We therefore do not guarantee specific rankings (including a #1 position on Google), traffic, leads or sales.
- Ad platforms may review, reject or limit ads under their own policies. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is not included in our fees.
11. Post-deployment support and AMC
- An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is available on request for support after launch.
- AMC includes up to 3 website content or feature changes per month.
- Monthly AMC charges apply, depending on the scope of updates and support required.
- Larger new features or major changes are quoted separately.
12. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel a project by giving us written notice. Payment for work already done is not refundable, and the advance is non-refundable once work has started.
- Monthly services can be stopped with 30 days' written notice.
13. Limitation of liability
We take care to deliver quality work, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit, business or data) arising from the use of this website or our services, or from outages of third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
